Sea Spray is a beautifully decorated newly built holiday cabin on Monmouth Beach seafront road. Sea view straight out of the front of the property, and just a 30 second walk to the beach. Weirdly, there are hardly any seagulls in this area. Probably because all the fishing boats unload their catch in town, so it is extremely peaceful. The microclimate here means temperatures feel warmer than inland, and the front patio only ever seems to receive gentle winds.

Our charges are based on the date dependant market rate for local properties similar to ours.

Down Cobb Road - steep hill, turn right at very end. Keeping the beach on left, go through the car park, past Boat Building Academy on right and Power Boat Club on left. Go into second car park, staying left to the end. Stop at wide gate ahead.
Sea Spray is the second cabin on the right - first past wide gate.
